Information Submitted through Forms

The Contact and Research Opportunities forms only collect the information that you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, affiliation, research interests, availability, and the content of your message. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through these forms.

Any information provided is used only to review your enquiry, assess whether an opportunity may be suitable, and, where appropriate, respond by email. None of your information is sold or published.

Processing and Retention

Form submissions are processed by Formspree and delivered by email. Formspree stores submission history for up to 30 days under the current service plan. Email service providers may also process and retain copies as part of ordinary message delivery.

Any enquiry and associated correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain an appropriate record of the communication, or manage any resulting academic activity. Information that is no longer needed will be deleted where practicable.

Spam Protection and Technical Data

Form submissions may be checked automatically for spam and misuse. Submissions identified as spam may be filtered or deleted without review. Formspree and the website hosting provider may process limited technical information needed to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and maintain security.

Analytics and Cookies

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to provide aggregate information about website use, including page views, referring websites, approximate country, device type, and site performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and is designed not to track individual visitors across websites. The website does not use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising.
